There is a believe that affluent countries must deal their goods among impoverished nations by providing such thing as food and education, but, on the other hand, others think that government of poorer states are responsible to their own nations. This essay will outline why opulent provinces should encourage to the poorer nations, and will describe why leaders of poorer nations are incapable of helping to their own citizens.
Despite the fact that, managers of impoverished states are responsible for well-being of their people, however without encouragement of wealthy countries they can’t provide enough number of products and stable education. Because, most of the poorer provinces are politically and economically corrupted, therefore most of the inhabitants live in impoverished conditions. For instance, countries like Venezuela, Colombia or some Asian states are in a state of civil war, or support illegal trading, whereas their neighbor states is a state of stability. Therefore they are in need of encouragement of affluent nations.
Obviously, leaders of beggarly states must look after their own nation, since it is immense responsibility. But, as I said early, without aid from successful countries, they can’t stabilize their economy and make terms of life of their citizens normal. Although, if the leader is charismatic and determined, he can improve economy and eliminate illegal works by providing political action. For example, famed and former leader of China, Deng Xiaoping abolished economic issues, and made China one of the rich countries in the world.
