Dear sir,
It is with discontent that I write to you to complain about the Samsung galaxy note 6 which I ordered yesterday Tuesday 4th April 2025.
I was very to have received the phone at my home address this morning at 7:35, and to my greatest dismay the phone’s screen had some cracks, i tried using it for about an hour after fully charging but the phone switched off at 65% while indicating that the battery was low.
Sir, I would greatly appreciate if the customer care team would take measures to sort out my issues, I propose that the phone should be changed and that I get a brand new phone as stated in the terms of service and customer care. While waiting for your positive feedback, I remain your humble client.
