Nowadays fast food products are becoming more popular which negativelly influence on people’s well-being and diet. I completely agree with this statement as this kind of ration can lead to health problems with digestion and have low nutritional value.
Increacing popularity of junk food have effect individual’s being. By eating them on a daily basis, it can contribute to health problems, such as with metabolism or food processing. This type of meals are really heavy and hard to digest. As the result, frequensy consumption of fast food result the deseases as indigestion, overweighting and others. For example, these days people visit doctors more times because of issues with particularly with stomach or digestive system.
Moreover, unhealthy nutrition have extremely low level of value, as they do not have vitamins and minirals that are highly essencial for balance lifestyle. Fast food, in fact, can easile satisfy hunger, but provides few nutrients neccessary for health growth. Sugar, which is the base of the junk food gives energy quick, but not for a long time. Whitout crucial components, especially protein human’s cells cannot develop. For example, teenagers, who eat basicly burgers, fries and soda may not ger enough vitamins or calcium, which are important for strong bones. As a result, regular consumption of food which are not beneficial for body can lead to slower growth and other health problems.
In conclution, I believe that eating only unhealthy food and have unbalanced died affect individuals’ well-being and negativelly contribute to future, as they will have different issues with organism because these meals have not high range of vitamins.
