Nowadays there are bunch of factors that motivate people to stay in the workforce, and that money is the most important factor. From my perspective, money is very essential in work, however there are more impotant factors in working sphere.
On the one hand, money is key to successful and pleasing life. When you work in a well paid job, appear a lot of new apportunities, such as travelling around the world, meeting famous people, giving expensive gifts, achieving your dreams and goals. Working in a profitable job is very effective motivation for many people, as living successful life is dream of everyone.
On the other hand, there are more important factors, that may influence mood and mental health of employees. For instance delighting sphere is very necessery for working. Many people choose profitable job instead of favorite, which may cause negative opinion about working. Spending whole week by working in unconvinient and unpleasent place takes a lot of energy, and after some time people may feel burned out. Moreover, colleagues and director are also important factor. Conflicting and debating people around may make challenging atmosphere, where working is very hard.
To sum up, I think there should be balance in money and other job details, as working only for money but not sarisfaction may have influence on mental health and motivation to work. Job should be well paid, but with delighting atmoshere at the same time.
