Many people argue that children should be encouraged to have competative feeling. While, others recommend to teach children to be cooperative. In my opinion, in today’s developing world it is crucial for children to be competitive rather than cooperative.

The current generation kids are a lot more keen on using technology, such as smart phones and tablets. Although they may be using the technology for their studies, but there are a lot of distracters such as social media and games. Children tend to spend most of their time using them rather than studying. However, encouraging them to participate in various activities, such as sports, can develop an urge to win that particular sport or a game. For instance, if a player is good at chess and another player is new to the game, he or she will feel to reach at same level as of the other player. Being new to the game, the person will definitely work on improving on ourself by observing other persons skills.

On the other hand, just being cooperative is not enough in today’s competitive world. Children should be taught to obey elders orders and cooperate to societies rules and regulations, but this skill is not enough to survive as competition is much more higher. For example, if a group of student is cooperative, follows teachers path, but there is no competitive feeling then there is a high possibility the children might fail.

In conclusion, children should be taught to cooperate, but more weightage should be given on encouraging them to be competative which will help them to gain confidence and do better in their career.

More people are choosing to live alone rather than with family. What are the advantages and disadvantages this trend?

Nowadays, the tradition of family structures is disappearing, and living alone has become the new norm. My believe is that living in a family offers more to the individuals than living by themselves. In truths, living alone could offer flexibility of location. For example, if a single man finds a high paying job in the […]

In Britain, when someone gets old they often go to live in a home with other old people where there are nurses to look after them. Sometimes the government has to pay for this care. Who do you think should pay for this care, the government or the family?

As people in Britain reach old age, many move into residential homes where professional nurses provide round-the-clock support. Since such care can be costly, there is an ongoing debate about whether the financial responsibility should fall on the government or on the individual’s family. In my view, the state should bear the primary burden of […]

Is it possible to pay somebody to do things you don't want to do or you don't have the time to do? For example, household chores or looking after children. Is this a good way of providing work for others? Should people do these things themselves? So, is this a direct question or discuss both views?

Sometimes people are paying to others, in order to take care for their children and for household chores. I believe that it is a good way to provide work opportunity for others. If possible people should perform such duties by themselves, however, there is no such harm to ask for assistance. To start with, in […]

Nowadays, modern society often pressures people to consume, but many are prioritizing spiritual well-being rather than material wealth.
