I am writing to complain about a serious problem I experienced with the train tickets I purchased in advance for a recent journey, along with the unsatisfactory behaviour of your staff at the station.
To explain the situation, I bought my train tickets online one week before the travel date using your official website. However, when I arrived at the station to catch the train, I was informed that my tickets were invalid and I was not permitted to board. Although I presented my booking reference and confirmation details, no clear explanation was provided, which caused considerable inconvenience and disruption to my plans.
Furthermore, I was extremely dissatisfied with the attitude of the station staff. They refused to listen to my explanation and were unwilling to properly check my booking details. Their rude and dismissive behaviour made the situation even more stressful, particularly as I urgently needed to reach my destination.
I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter thoroughly, provide a full refund for the unusable tickets, and ensure that staff receive appropriate customer service training in the future. I look forward to your response at your earliest convenience.
