I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a mobile phone I recently purchased from your online store. The phone is a Samsung Galaxy S23, which I ordered on March 10th and received on March 15th.
Unfortunately, the product arrived in a damaged condition. The screen was scratched, and there is a noticeable dent on the side of the device. Moreover, the phone does not function properly, as it randomly turns off and the battery drains unusually fast. The packaging also appeared to be insufficiently protected, which may have caused the damage during shipping.
I am very disappointed with this experience, as I expected a brand-new product in perfect condition. I would like to request a full refund or a replacement as soon as possible.
