Good day,
I am writing this letter in regards with the issues that i have gone through the stay in your hotel on 9 march 2026.
The main issue that i have is the tap water which was not flowing with the hot water as it was a winter season i couldn’t able to tolerate the coldness of the water.The Ac was not functioning properly because of this there was a foul smell that was coming through whole room.The fan was installed in away to which only one side of the room would be able to get the air properly and the other side would not get any air.The blankets were not washed due to which we had irritation on the skin.There was not much ventilation so there was no air circulation in the room.
Please try to make improvements so that people who book a room will not have to face the issues as i have encountered during the stay.
