I am writing to complain about my order that I received yesterday. When I opened the box, I found a broken perfume bottle, and I feel disappointed because I had been waiting for a long time.
In this case, I saw the box that there was no bubble wrap within and vulnerable damage from outside. This is my first time when I ordered in your online shop, and I cannot use my stuff.
However, I decide to request a refund from this unexpected situation, and you must take a responsibility as well. Additionally, I had unboxing videos as an evidence to prove my report.
Hence, I would wait your prompt response as a seller or send the address to replace with the new item. On top of that, I suggest to fix your delivery service before you package it.
