Many people believe that women and men should have the same position in a country’s police and military system like army. Others think that women are not relevant for this type of work. This essay will analyze both points of view and present my opinion on the subject.
On the one hand, in my opinion, it would be effectively if women have the same opportunity like men not only take part only in the army but also all kind of works which is considered just for men. To be more specific, I belive that, women have better leadershib skills as well as ability of handle the all situation professionally rather than men. As a result of these abilities, they can not just worked in the army or the any field military also, can manage government.
On the other hand, there should be some regulations conducted by government that depends on the situation, some women should not be worked in the military whose conditions are not suitable these works. To be more precise, a woman who are pregnant or other one who have four or five children are allowed by heads of city according to rules. As a result of these adjustments, they can grow their children more comfortably or birth with good mental health.
In conclusion, from my point of view, although some people say that women are not suited to some kind of job, I believe women have enough strength and intellect which allow them can manage every job whatever they want.
