Moreover, on the left side, a new info centre is predicted to be erected on the original site of the former cafe.
Another striking development is the introduction of three fashion stores, which will be situated in close proximity to the restroom that is built in the bottom of the area. Additionally, the supermarket that near the left entrance will remain untouched. Conversely, on the right side, the golf course and the park, formerly built here are anticipated to underwent a conversion into a large department store, which will connected to a newly-built entrance. The final modification is the demolition of the fitness centre located in the south, which will be disappeared to make room for the expansion of the car park.
