I hope this letter find your are doing well. Iam writing this letter to request an extra period of rent in your apartment due to my new job contract.

Well, i started rent in your apartment for the last six months ago. And my contract finish now, but now i would like to stay again six month.

Actually, my company send this city to six month contract and i finished successful now. But my manager send again six month contract for me and i received email yesterday evening. Then i would like to stay again six month.

Moreover, there is some issues in room, the main problem is the centralized air-conditioner is leaking and bathroom tap is leaking. I suggest you to call the the Ac mechanical. and also change my tap. Moreover, some time the main door I cannot open and i felt very difficult. Moreover i need to change the door handle
