I hope this letter finds you in a good health. I am writing to explain my dissatisfaction experience of a professional training course organized by a local company.
That course contains repairing the damage machinery. Although, I had high expectation relevant to that course but unfortunately, I am failed to understand it. First of all, the trainer appeared unprepared and often failed to teach the essential instruction clearly. As a result, several participants dissatisfied with the quality of instructions.
Furthermore, the venue was not suitable for professional training. The hall was over crowded, poorly ventilated and lacked proper audiovisual equipment. The seats was uncomfortable and difficult to concentrate during sessions.
I believe that these issues significantly reduces the value of course. Furthermore, I would appreciate you to refund me or arrange further course free of charge and i hope you will take crucial steps to make your training course more beneficial for us.
