Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to complain about the recently lamp and sofa that I ordered online a few days ago.
I shop in your website a black sofa and a cute lamp for my living room, both cost 180 dollars. According to the listing, it was supposed to arrive today at 8:00 am but I have received it at 12:00 pm. I was waiting for more than 3 hours, that was thoughless because I even received a message.
Moreover, when I openned the package I find the lamp was broken and the sofa was a different color that I ordered, that was unacceptable because you could not even be careful.
I request a refund or change for new ones but with the correct characteristics, I couldn’t lost more time due to I have familiar reunion next week and I need my living room looks amazing. I would appreciate a prompt response regarding this matter.
