Subject: Damaged furniture
Dear manager
I hope you are doing well.I am writing to you regarding to express my dissatisfaction with the latest furniture.I ordered the furniture after checking the review from the google but unfortunately my experience.
Firstly, this was the first time when i ordered a study table from you shop.I got the table on the same time as mentioned in the bill.But unfortunately the table got damaged and one leg is broken. I attached the picture of damage table with this letter.
I would appreciate it if you could provide me refund or replacement of it.I hope from next time you company will handle the parcel safely without damaging it.
