I am writing this letter to express my concern about a purchase of furniture that I recently ordered through your online store. I would like you can contact me to solve this situation as soon as possible.
First of all, I wanted to mention to you that I did the purchase on Monday 15th but the products arrived to my house after 2 weeks. In my opinion, you should have a better control of the delivery.
One of the main reasons why I am sending this complaint is because when I received the order, I realised that some items are not in the box. For example, there is not enough pieces to build the bed. In addition, the bag of screws was already opened.
I would appreciate it if you could try to help me with this problem. I would suggest you can give me the option to refund my money or you can send me a replacement if it is possible. Thank you for your consideration and time. I will look forward to your soon response.
