Nowadays the majority of individuals want to get service, goods, and news immediately. From my viewpoint, the major driver of this trend is the fact that young people want to leverage their time and want to grow faster. This can be considered as a negative development, since everything has its own time to happen and this may result in stress disorders.
One of the main factors influencing people to have such an attitude is that they desire to save their time as much as possible. Many individuals believe that if they have all news, service, and goods simultaneously it will enable them to succeed in many aspects of life. For example, if students get their computer delivered quickly, they will be able to do their work productively and on time. Otherwise, they will struggle to meet deadlines. This suggests that the faster they get their item or goods, the better they do their work.
Willingness to have everything at once may lead to having constant stress disorders, when individuals will realize that they cannot get what they wish momentally. This is because getting good service, news, and goods are things that are uncontrollable. Such things have their right time and moment to happen. Acknowledging this fact, may result in early depression and mental fatigue. For instance, recent research at Harvard University indicated that individuals who simply stopped demanding everything at once were more likely to think in a positive light. Whereas those who were constantly thinking about how to get everything at once had a tendency to experience daily anxiety and stress. From this it can be concluded that wanting everything will lead to detrimental consequences.
In conclusion, the prime motivation for individuals to want things happen quickly is that they desire to maximize their time. However, this may lead to unexpected stress disorders and mental health problems.
