Overall, the preference for consumption of three basic foods amongst the 4 given countries differ from each other completely. Notably, Egypt is only country where its people consume all three types of basic foods more as compared to remaining counterparts. It is followed by Mexico and Cambodia and in the last place Poland.
Out of 4 countries, the Egyptians have the largest share in the consumption of all cereal products in total .While the top of the list is the wheat supplying up 1095 calories per day for each person, rice and maize are responsible for 501 and 578 ,respectively. In stark contrast, ranked the lowest one is the Polish people consuming 865 calories of that as favorite one, exceptionally the maize forms no share in their daily consuming foods.
The second country by consumption of 3 major staple foods is Mexico. Their large part of every day calories is derived from maize at 1083, whereas wheat and rice are also more preferred grains ,with respective calories of 275 and 57. As for the Cambodians, the rice is by far predominantly consumed basic food with its calories giving out a staggering 1445 as opposed to the rest of those.
