However, we can mitigate the drawbacks by taking steps to keep the balance of population in capitals and currently unsophisticated areas. Governments should give priority to development and meet the needs of citizens in rural areas. If we construct manufacturing facilities, accommodations, and other facilities, such as hospitals, markets, power stations, and factories, people will live in these areas. In addition, when we solve the main reason, which is the lack of internet connection and other accessibility to their needs, why people prefer to move to cities, people would be happy to move to the countryside.
