All the budjet provided on scientific studies worth every penny spent, because modern world demands to be more versatile and new scientific discoveries are the things that are assists governments to heighthen their economy, medicine and army strength.
On the other hand, there is a lot of openings that can be very narrow for mass consumption, that is why people consider that they are pointless. However, science specialists contribute to the improvment of the culture of mankind. Even if their efforts are not transparent for a majority of us, their inventions affects on global area, that is why almost every country promotes research-based sphere and invests a billions of dollars every year.
