The table represents the data about the spending proportion of the authorities on education, training and participation rate of 18-24-year olds in five countries in 2002.
Overall, the highest rate for expenditure percentage was Slovenia compared with others, while the biggest paricipation rate was Poland and Slovenia.
To begin, spending rate from the governments in Hungary was approximately 13%, and the figure of participants was 34%. Czech Republic and Romania were the same proportion of spending rate nearly one on ten. In contrast, the participation rate in Romania was at 23%, in Czech was a little bit higer almost at 27%.
Regarding, Slovenia and Poland’s rate of expenditure was not the same. The former countries spending rate was higher than the latter at a quater. The latter country’s rate was at one in twenty. While, Poland’s participation rate was higher than other at nearly 44%. However, in second place was Slovenia at approximately 40%.
