Hello.
I recently had a problem with one of the bus that related to your company. I went to bus station two weeks ago and waited for the bus. When I checked the timetable that wrote the bus recieved 5 minutes, but I had to wait for it about 30 minutes. I asked the cause from the driver and he said that he stopped 20 minutes for buying vegetables for himself. I was angry and complained about this event, but he had bad reaction and avoided to ride me on the bus. So, I had to take a taxi and paid a lot money.
At this time, I got to office, lately and my boss was very angry, so he had bad beheviour with me and I had bad feeling during this day.
I suggest to your company that tell to all drivers for having responsibility and they prevent to do personal duty and try to be ontime. Also, they have the best reaction about their passangers. Furthermore, I want that you mention to the driver suriosly and it causes that your company have the best score among another.
