Dear Sir,

A place has been offered to me at your university in Accountancy department, which is why, I am writing a letter to you regarding the accommodation while studying for 3 years.

I would like to have a single room or can share with some who is an athlete no matter what game she plays.

I am an overseas student, who loves to play volleyball. As a captain of my school team, I have won 3 gold, 4 silvers, and 2 bronze medals. In future, I want to be a part of the university volleyball team as well.

Could you please arrange a fully ventilated room, as I have suffocation problem; However, the place needs to be quite provided that, study is my first preference which will accomplish when I study in quite place.
