The graph shows the water use worldwide from 1990 to 2000 by three different sectors such as agriculture, industrial use and domestic use.
In 1990, the water use for domestic use and industrial use was at very low, nearly 0.1%km3 while water use for agriculture was very high, nearly 500km3. In 1950, the water use for all three sectors were doubled and shows a significant increase. In 2000, the use of water fro agriculture is nearly 3000km3 and use of water for industrial sector is nearly 1000km3. The water use for domestic use is nearly 250km3 in 2000.
The graph shows significant increase of water use in all three sectors from 1900 to 2000. Among these three sectors, it has shown high water use in agriculture while low water use in domestic sector. The water use for industrial sector is in between other two sectors.
The table shows the consumption of water in Brazil and Congo in 2000. Brazil has the very high water consumption which is 359m3, comparing to the Congo which is 8m3. Because Brazil has 176 million population in 2650000km2 and Congo has 5.2 million population in 100km2. It clearly shows Brazil has high population than Congo.
