Dear Sir,

I am writing to provide my feedback on the Lean Certificate Training conducted by the Lean Department of the company. First of all, I would like to thank you for nominating me from the Finance Department for this valuable training. The training is particularly important for those who are in managerial positions within the organization.

The lean concept is vital, especially for manufacturing organizations, as it focuses on maximizing output while minimizing waste. Furthermore, it teaches us how to identify value-added and non-value-added activities within any process, enabling us to reduce the latter in order to optimize both efficiency and effectiveness among employees. We engaged in several group activities during the training program, which highlighted the importance of collaboration and teamwork.

In my opinion, this training may not be suitable for those currently in internships, as they are not typically involved in the decision-making process of the company. Once again, I would like to express my gratitude, as I have learned many concepts that will be beneficial for my career development.
