In this modern time, countless people have shifted the way their lives towards a vegetarianism. Notwithstanding it affects the deficiency of nutrients in humans’ body and leads allergic problems, I completely believe that the merits of providing a healthy and eco-friendly lifestyle outweigh the given demerits.
To commence with, it is undoubted that most of vegetarians face a serious vitamin deficiency which is caused by the lack of meat consumption, interfering with humans -particularly children- antibodies and diseases associated with a scarcity of essential nutrition as protein. When parents who follow vegetarianism grow toddlers, for instance, eating meat, seafood, and other dairy products becomes overly essential for building children’s strong bones and muscles since they provide proteins. Thus, the less kids consume dairy products, the less nutrition their body will receive in their period of growth. The other negative factors of being vegetarian is Allergy sufferer. There are several people who have allergies to some plants such as tomatoes, cucumbers, and carrots. To illustrate, a tomato provides profilin which triggers allergic responses, such as high-blood pressure, vomit, and even death.
On the other hand, i would like to argue that the benefits of vegetarianism are significantly more than the negative impacts. Being a vegetarian offers healthy food as well as environmentally friendly due to the fact that a vegetarian diet does not contain too much salt and fat compared to a meat diet, preventing humans from serious diseases among teenagers and adults, such as obesity, cancer, hypertension, and heart attack. For example, consuming goat meat which contains saturated fat in large quantities will increase blood pressure. As a result, The more people like eating dairy products, the higher the rate of those who suffer hypertension will be. Besides the healthy behaviour and the prevention of a number of diseases, a vegetarian diet can lead a huge-positive impact on ecosystem balanced since they emphasize continuing to respect animal rights and not killing them. As such, vegetarianism can reduce our reliance on animals meat, potentially protecting animals from extinction and keeping our environmental balance due to climate change.
To sum up, regarding of the upsides of a vegetarian diet outperform the downsides, because it provides healthy food for people, helps them to stay healthy, and also protects creatures from the danger of disappearing, despite a vegetarian diet can cause a huge-negative impact on a person’s lack of nutrition, distracting children’s growth due to leaving meat as people’s primarily meals.
