However, the million dollar question is, if our over relience on computer technology safe?
The computer technology covers variety of fields and is effectively implemented in areas such as communications, medicine and transport system. It has brought us humans together by providing us easy means of communication such as mobile phones, smart phones, and internet. We can get in touch with anyone in a few seconds no matter what situation are we in. Furthermore, it’s advancements in field of medicine have made us capable of finidng the cures and irradicating some complex and fatal disesases. Moreover, the ability to design efficient vehicles, robust roads and economical flying planes have allowed us to explore world and grow with unimaginable speed.
On the other hand, over reliance on computer technolgy has caused some undeniable challanges to the society. The easy accesibility of communication devices has led to spread of wrong information. There have been exponential growth seen in the online scams that can sometimes turn out to be deadly. Fast motor cars and craze for air travels have increased a potential of fatal accidents, while it’s environmental impacts such as pollution cannot be ignored.
In light of above aguemnets, it is evident that computer technology has made our lives more comfortable and producttive but our over relience can turn out to be dangerous for us. Computer technology is a double edged sword which does come with risk of causing self harm to the bearer, if not handeled responsibly. While smooth communcication, fast cars and cure to deadly diseases can make our lives better but at same time unseen threats such as online scams, excessive pollution and bio threats such as covid-19 can put our comformtable lives in danger.
