The given line graph demonstrates the quantities of requests for information to the Tourist Information Office of a specific city by using three methods during six months from January to June in 2011. Overall, asking information by using telephone and in person moved upward enormously at the end of the period whereas people inquired by letter or email dropped significantly down to half part of the total rate compare to the rate of data of the start period. In Janunary of 2011, despite telephone was applied the most to get data about touristim, during six months, there was a dramatic increase number of people who collected information by visiting directly to the office, which became the most popular method in that period.
The intial period of the graph, the figure of enquries collected by meeting directly was the least trend method, which exactly 400 numbers of inhabitants applied it; whereas around 800 and 900 figures of people were recieving via email/ letter and telephone respectively. After that, the proportation of application Email fell steadily down to 700 in March; while in person inquires climbed suddenly tiwce, and there was a gradual rise in the survey of telephone calling method. However, the requests by telephone higher than in person requests with 1000 people as opposed to 800.
Subsequantly, in April, number of residents who requested for information in person, with around 1300 of citizens, surpassed asking questions by calling, which was 1000 of total citizen; at the same time, sending letter or email for information declied to under 600 of people. At the final period of survey, June, although making requests by utilizing telephone was still rising abruptly, accounting for 1600 of enquirers, it less than people who went directly to the office center. 2000 of people made request data in person and became the largest numbers of method people used,during that time, email enquires hit the lowest bottom, representing under 400 figures.
