I am writing to request an urgent replacement for one of the item I recently purchased from your online store.
My order number is 746-ZET4. It includs 3 jeans, 2 floural T-shirts, and a couple of socks. Although most of the order was accurate, one of the jeans came at a wrong size. At my order, I requested size 36. However, one pair of jeans arrived at size 46.
I bought these items in preparation for a vacation I plan to go on next week. Therefore, I do not have enough time to go through the regular process of item replacement your website offers for free.
Given that the error was your fault, I kindly request that you provide me with an express replacement service free of charge. That way, I will be able to receive my jeans prior to my vacation.
