I expect you are well!
I am writing to complain about your internet service. A week ago, I reached your customer service support, to complain about the internet speed that have been slower than usual. They advised me to disconnect the router and restarting it, I did that however the speed did not improved. I am very disappointed with your service because I work remotely and the internet is crucial for my labour activity!
So is there the possibility to arrange a visit from an engineer to assess this issue? If it is, I am available next week to receive the engineer at home to solve this problem.
As expressed previously, this issue it is been going on for a while, so I would like to request a compensation for the poor quality service that I am receiving in the next month bill, for instance a reduction in the internet subscription.
