Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service that I have received recently from your company. There has been a significant speed reduction in my internet connection. Please, let me explain the situation.

I am a social media manager, and I work from home, so the most important thing when I work is the quality of my internet connection. However, my download speed has been below avarage for 2 week, and it has affected the quality of my online meetings very badly.

Is there any chance to make an arrangment for an engineer to solve this problem at my home. Please, inform me about how I can apply for an service, and which information you need to make an arrangement.

In light of this disturbing experience, I kindly request a reduction in my bill. Because your customer service ensured me the connection speed quality, and so I signed a contract.

I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution.
