Overall, it is clear that the main change for the future involves the reduction and rebuilding of residential areas, with the addition of recreational areas.
Currently, the map is covered with four-bedroom houses and a private road beginning on the one side of the main road, loops around an area, and ends on the other side. On the layout with the planned version, it is expected that the four-bedroom houses will have been rebuilt into single,double, and multiple-bedroom houses. Furthermore, the plan is to extend the private road through the lake and tennis court, which are planned to be constructed, and ends surrounding a flower garden that will have been established. And finally, a parking space is constructed at the end of the estate.
These modifications aim to create a more diverse residential environment while enhancing recreational opportunities for residents.
