I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding an attire I had purchased last week from your online store. The suit was delivered today morning however, I am unable to try it on.
I booked a suit from your company’s website on Friday with order number 45862 of I made an online payment. The apparel I confirmed is not the one I received.
Firstly, I ordered a navy blue cotton suit with golden border of medium size according to your company’s size chart. To my surprise, the colour I received is aqua blue and the is small as per the tag attached to the clothing. Now the size does not fit me and the colour does not suits my skin tone.
I have to wear this dress next Monday, since I have a wedding of my close relative to attend. I only have three days, and I want an urgent replacement of my order according to my confirmed booking. As it was a prepaid order, make an arrangement with your courier partners, so that you deliver my dress on time.
