Dear Mr. Brown,
I am writing to complain regarding the dearth of parking space for vehicles specially for the cars, in front of the office building, which is causing a lot of trouble to the staff.
Firstly, we have been compelled to park our cars on the side walks across the main road, as a result, pedestrians are struggling. Furthermore, those side walks are devoid of any security, jeopardizing the safety of these vehicles, since they are vulnerable to theft on the road.
Parking spaces offer a variety of advantages. First, it would allow all the vehicles to park inside the work campus. Additionally, it would provide the security to the vehicles, minimizing the possibility of them being stolen.
I would like to recommend a solution to this problem. The basement of the office building could be converted into parking area as it has both wide entry and exit to the main road. This would solve both the problems.
I anticipate a quick solution about this issue from your side.
Yours Sincerely,
Fatima
