These days, more and more workers are putting special importance on social abilities. There are many people who think that social skills are crucial and good for job fulfilment. Despite some drawbacks, I believe that social skills have wide range of benefits such as increase productivity and finance.
On the one hand, there some disadvantages of social abilities, one of this is attraction from job. This is because while there are plenty of work some employees are talking with their colleague and frequently forget about it. These can lead serious issues, even suspension from occupation.
However, communication is one of the most important abilities. This is because it helps employees to achieve job success, by expanding their knowledge about working district, like the laws and rules. For example, many large companies pair new recruits with dedicated mentors, ensuring that they communicate with professional staff, as a result, new recruits can easily join to a trade union. Moreover, employees should also keep connection outside working hours too, by useful social apps such as Telegram, Viber and Instagram. It helps among workers create strong social bonds, which increases productivity.
Another point is that social skills can increase company finance. In other words, skillful communication employees can manipulate customers, with interesting talk and encourage them to purchase their items. As a result, sails are boost and it profitable for both, company and workers. Additionally, there are a lot of problems, which are troublesome for one brain, but workers can find sufficient solution through discussion.
In conclusion, while social skills can attract workers, I believe, communication abilities have more benefits for both employers and employees.
