Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to address an issue that I faced white travelling with your airlines.
Yesterday, that was I was on the early morning flight, ABC going to Delhi from Canada. It was a direct flight. In this 16 hours journey, your ainline provided three meals. First meal was a sandwich which I really enjoyed. Unfortunately, during the second meal, rice were undercooked and the curry was too salty. Lastly, I found a hair in the desert.
I was really disappointed with the hospitality. I had to ask for orange juice twice before it was served to me. All these little incidents spoiled my journey. I would like to recommed to have thorough testing of food before it goes on the plane. Additionally, befond serving it to the passangers. I hope you will take the suggestion into consideration.
