Dear Sir/Mam,

I live at Leadenhall rd and creditview intersection and i catch bus at 8 am in the morning for my university. From the last two weeks, when i arrive 5 mins before the bus timing but everytime bus comes 30 minutes late.

This situation is making my study hard and tough and i have to skip my 1st lecture. Moreover, Everytime when i arrive at bus station, a man do cigrattes and pollutes environment which is not even allowed at bus station. However, Public transport is substancial for preventing environment and its affordable. Therefore, Our population is dependent on public transport for thier daily travel.

Last but not least, please take effective decisions for bus duration and bus should come at exact arrival time. I hope you will contact your security team to take care of the guy using cigrattes at bus station. I hope you will going to cognizance the situation and diminish the arrival time of the bus.
