I hope you and your family well, I write to this letter tell about my working situation is very bad, last two weeks ago I don’t relax properly and nowadays my lot of work pending, so I cannot attend this weekend because some reasons.

Firstly, my company job owner is so strict and they don’t easily leave for me. Moreover, this season workload is very high as compare to another seasons. I cannot attend this holiday main root cause is my company shipment coming this week any time so I present for received they consignment it’s very important. For instance, I insist you can postpone this holiday because there are lot of work pending for me so you can change the schedule and keep the program for the next two weeks.

I thank you very much for remembering me to spend the holidays with you, I promise we will go on vacation together in two weeks.
