Dear Jass,

Hi, How are you ? Hope this letter find you in radiant health and best of spirits. As per our previous plan, we are going to meet each other this Friday on 27th of April, 2024. I am writing this to apologize, as I is not possible for me to see you at this date.

Moreover, I understand that, I was the one who proposed this idea to see each other and spend some quality time together, owing to the fact we will be going to meet after so long. Last moment, I got informed by authorities of my organization that they are going to extend my current project deadline and I have to be present for client demo.

As per current scenario, now my project is going to end on 2nd of May, 2024 therefore we can meet on 3rd of May, 2024. If you have any other plans for this date, you can suggest any other date after 2nd of May,2024.
