Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am writing this letter to draw your attention to the issues regarding the internet services that your company provides in our area.

From the past few weeks, the residents in our area are facing a couple of issues regarding internet. Firstly, the internet speed is extremely slow that even normal browsing has become quite difficult. Secondly, the internet gets disconnected frequently and does not reconnect for long durations. These issues are causing great inconvenience to all of your customers in our area. People who work online are not able to meet their deadlines and their professional reputation is at stake. Furthermore, the students who heavily rely on online sources for research and study purposes are suffering badly.

Having said that, I urge you to handle this situation on priority. Please send your staff in the area to check if the installation of new cables is required. If the issues can not be resolved quickly, then provide us some alternative internet connection so that people can continue their routine life tasks that depend on internet without any disruption.
