By 2009, many parts of Eastminster Urban city had been developed. The woodland in the northwest was replaced with an adventure park, and the large house with gardens in the center was transformed into a hotel with a golf course. The residential streets in the east were replaced with apartment blocks. In addition, new houses were built in the north, and factories together with warehouses were built along the southern edge near the railway station.
