The maps illustrate how an Eastminister is planned to be developed over a 10-year period. Overall, there have been extensive developments with regards to construction of buildings, facilities and roads in the Eastminister town.
In 1999, there were a numerous woodland, while the northeast contained a park. In the center of the area there was a large house with gardens. On the south of the river, there were several public facilities, including a hospital in the southwest, a school and shops in the middle, and a public garden in the southeast. A railway station was situated along the southern part, and there was also a residential area of streets of houses to the east.
By 2009, many parts of Eastminster Urban city had been developed. The woodland in the northwest was replaced with an adventure park, and the large house with gardens in the center was transformed into a hotel with a golf course. The residential streets in the east were replaced with apartment blocks. In addition, new houses were built in the north, and factories together with warehouses were built along the southern edge near the railway station. The area also saw the increase a shopping complex next to the complex shops, while the hospital, school, park, and railway station stood in place.
