The given maps display the main changes which have taken in Eastminster over a period of 10 years between 1999 and 2009.
Overall, it is clear that the Eastminster has become a much more modernized city over this period, with for more increased population.
It is evident that the maps show how changes over this period in the Eastminster. Free spaces have turned to a new building. Firstly, the Woodland which is located northwest part of the map was demolished and instead the Adventure Park was built. Furthermore, the Houses which are located north part of the map and hospital have been expanded from 1999 to 2009. One of the most noticeable change is that the Hotel with golf course has been constructed instead of a large house with gardens. Meanwhile, the Park was made smaller. The public garden was removed and in place of its Houses which is located in the southeast part of the map were constructed. Additionally, the school was relocated from north of river to south of school in instead big Shopping complex elsewhere the Streets of houses has turned to Apartment blocks over this given period. The most noticeable change is that the Factories and Warehouses have been constructed instead of free space. Meanwhile, the shops didn’t change from 1999 to 2009 in the Eastminster.
