Overall, most of the European consumed potato on their meal, though the maximum amount of potato were produced by the Asian. While, south and central American, and African showed least proportion in both production and consumptions.
Firstly, 96.1 kg and 57.9 potatoes were eaten by the European and North American, which two contained highest figure in 2006 all over the world. In addition, Asian And South and Central American had potato on their meals, about 25.8 and 23.6 per kg. By contrast, the lowest figure was observed in Africa (14.1).
In terms of cultivating of potatoes, Asian ad European farmers had produced 131.2 and 126.3 was the maximum figure.
