Overall, the female gender has the highest population of physical fitness compared with males between the ages of 24 to 64 and above. Nevertheless, males concentrate on their physical health in the yearly ages of 14 to 23.
On the one hand, the male population declined from 51 to 38 percent at the age of 43 and gradually increased to 47 percent at the age of 64. On the other hand, females engaged in a physical lifestyle in a step-up each year to 54 percent at the age of 53, and finally, both genders have a balanced physical workout when they become old.
