Overall, in engineering department male are consistently demonstrated high, while female shows intrest in history, moreover in medicine both are almost same.
In 2008, at arts facuilty male staff are lower which was above 40 percent and female staff are kept high place which was below 60, percent. Next, in astonomy and law facuilty men staff are are in top then women staff, men which was almost above 60 person and at law department men were exact 60, percent.
Furthermore, male and female showed almost the similiar intrest in medicine department which were both below then 60, percent. Then in history again female kept their postion above then men (female which were high then 70 percent and male which were 30 percent. in last in science department here male are high which were below then 80 percent and female which were 30 percent.
