The major numbers who under 26 study for getting career; however, this group has continued study because of their interest. It estimates 10 percent.
From total view, the number of students which study for getting career rise down through getting old. Thus, less than 20 percent of with over 49 just have studied for getting career. On the other hand, the number of students who study for interest rise up when they get older.
At the second chart below shows the advocating numbers by employers are decreasing. So, the table indicates employers have less interest to support students through they are getting old. The effort of employers such as time and money spending are dropping until 39, which is calculated 30 percent then it is increasing to 42 percent.
