The bar graph represents the various levels of further school qualifications of two genders in Australia in 1999.
Overall, men hold leading percentages in skilled vocational diploma, postgraduate diploma and master’s degree ( 90%, 70% and 60% respectively), whereas opposing gender representatives outnumbered gentlemen in undergraduate diploma(70%) and bachelor’s degree (55%).
According to the figures men were leaders in three post-school qualifications, having been passive only in undergraduate diploma and bachelor’s degree ( 35% and 45% respectively). They had the highest enrollment percentage of 90 all over the qualifications. As average numbers, 60% of gentlemen enrolled in master’s degree and additional 10% in postgraduate diploma.
Women also had positive enrollment rates in 1999. However, ladies’ rates were less that men in above mentioned three post-school qualification namely in: skilled vocational diploma – 10, masters degree -40 and postgraduate diploma -30 percent. They outweighed men in undergraduate diploma( 75%) and bachelor’s degree (55%).
