The bar chart compares the percentage of employment in executive positions between male and female in ACME oil company in the year 1995.
It is clear that category A was the highest point for men where category E was highest for women. However, the number of employees went in category E for men and category A for women was lowest in the given year.
According to the bar chart, the highest portion of men and women were employed in category A and category E at just over 90% and nearly 75% respectively. Additionally, 75% of men employed in category B compared to women where they were almost 50% lower than that percentage.
On the other hand, in category C, almost 60% of employees were men,while female employees were nearly above 40%. Moreover, category D has the second highest number of female employees, which was 55% compared to men where they were at 10% lower than that proportion.
