The chart illustrates the level of satisfaction among undergraduate students at Norville University, alongside the average number of weekly class hours they attended.
Overall, it is clear that student satisfaction declined significantly over the period, while dissatisfaction rose sharply. At the same time, there was a clear decrease in the number of weekly class hours from 2005 and 2010, which may be linked to the drop in satisfaction.
In 2000, when students attended approximately 20 hours of classes, the satisfaction rate accounted for about 40%. However this proportion has risen substantially, reaching 60% by 2005. In comparison, the proportion of the highly satisfied has experienced a significant decrease from approximately 35% in 2000 to 20% in 2005. Meanwhile, both proportions showed a decline for about 20% and 10% in 2010.
Dissatisfaction showed a slight plateau of about 20% in 2000 and 2010. However, by the end of the period the amount of students who were dissatisfied about classes showed a significant increase to almost 70%.
