Overall, it is clear that part-time training in the evenings retains the most popular choice of training program, along with holiday travels as the most popular reason of their coursetakings. In contrast to the two prominent figures, the least favoured communication curriculum was distant learning, in association with communication with cilents as the fewest reasons that determine an employee’s partake in such activities.
In terms of the popularity of communication programs, part time training in the evenings withheld the largest proportion of employee choice with a striking 39%. Coincidentally, part time training on the weekends and self-tuition both stood second place with an identical figure of 22%. With the two remaining courses of intensive training and distance leaning retained as the least taken curriculums with 12% and 5% respectively.
In reflecting the reasons associated with the worker’s decision of their applications of the communication programs, holiday travels inevitably falls upon the most common reason behind one’s partake in the curriculums, with only 4% less than half of all possible reasons. Not to mention the similarity in the percentages of personal interests and other reasons with 14% and 13%. Lastly, communication with cilents remains as the least accountable reason for employee’s activitism in such modules with 10%, indicating a low demand of communication between workers and cilents.
